Should an additional commission be paid besides the Pay to GO commission?

When you hire Pay to GO in the model, the commission of our service already includes the commissions of networks and payment methods.

How long does it take a transaction, made by a buyer, to be confirmed in my store?

If the transaction was made with a credit or a debit card, once the transaction is aproved, you will receive the confirmation by email. On the other hand, if you hire the manual validation service, the confirmations can take up to 4 hours. When the client pays in cash, once your payment and the confirmation are made, we send you an email.

Do I have to register in Pay to GO to make payments in stores and businesses that sell through Pay to GO?

No, registration is only for stores and businesses that want to sell and receive online payments.

How long does it take to transfer the Pay to GO account to my bank account?

For transfer to bank accounts in Colombia, 3 business days are required. On the other hand, for bank accounts outside the country it is necessary to count with 7 working days (for more information enter here)

Can I integrate with payment methods if I hire Pay to GO?

No, when you hire Pay to GO, our aggregator model gives you the advantage of accessing to all the payment methods that we have available once you are integrated. In other words, you do not need to integrate through any payment or any other service.
